AGTA Certified Blue Sapphire Emerald Cut 5.86 cts

Description

I love a sapphire that's distinctive, with fine lines, rich color, and well cut that shows the craftsmanship of a fine cutter. This longish scissor emerald cut weighs in at a whopping 5.86 carats.

The stone has a distinctive "scissor cut" style table and has excellent brilliance & luster.

The sapphire is eye clean (type 2 VS) and even under magnification you only see a faint feather inclusion beneath the table and is un-noticeable by the naked eye.Stunning sky blue color. The stone is certified by the AGTA as a natural heat treated sapphire. This sapphire was mined in Ceylon (Sri Lanka).
