Unheated Blue Emerald Cut Sapphire 5.86 cts 10.1x7.2x4.3mm (BLUEEMGW586)

A longish emerald cut Ceylon sapphire weighing 5.86 carats. The stone has a distinctive "scissor cut" style table and has excellent brilliance and luster you find only on an untreated sapphire. The stone is a natural color gem and has not been heat treated or enhanced by any other means. There is a faint feather inclusion beneath the table and is un-noticeable by the naked eye. The stone is currently being certified by the AGTA and is available to be reserved for approximate shipment on or about October 20, 2008
