Elegantly sporting a custom American faceted oval brilliant cut this bright pink Ceylon sapphire is 1.0 carats, measures 7 X 5 mm and is prong set in a platinum setting (the ring component holding the stone). The sapphire has classic medium pink color with superb even saturation and displays excellent luster, brilliance and eye-clean clarity. Both pink and violet flashes are noted in the stone's excellent brilliance. The sapphire is mounted to a ring weighing 3.2 grams of 14K white gold. Pave set diamonds delicately light there way down the ring's sides. Engraving and filigree gold work coupled with the pave diamonds are classic art deco and antique inspired features of the ring. In total there are 0.12 carats of fine quality round brilliant pave set diamonds that are SI1 GH quality. The ring is a size 6 3/4 (re-sizing available).
