Gorgeous rich blue color with a strong secondary rich purple hue best characterizes this outstanding 2.23 carat Madagascan round brilliant cut sapphire. Eye-clean, superbly cut with top of the line luster and tone this exquisite stone is a bundle of cobalt blue and purple sparks. The sapphire has slight color-changing properties and will shift from a rich strong blue to a bluish purple depending on lighting conditions. Highlighting the sapphire's vibrant royal blue brilliance are four carefully matched AAA+ rated Ceylon blue sapphires with diamond faceting for added brilliance. These sapphires weigh 0.10 carats total weight, are 1.75 mm round and showcase a gorgeous rich royal blue color, have excellent clarity and as noted in the photos are dynamically brilliant. Brilliant white diamonds frame each of the sapphire's rich color and are pave set along the ring's shoulders and gallery.
