Center prong set is a 2.50 carat cushion cut Ceylon pink sapphire that displays strong primary pink color that is evenly saturated throughout the stone and has a faint secondary lotus or apricot hue. The sapphire is relatively clean to the naked eye although when inspected under a jeweler's loupe at 10 X there are pin point size colorless inclusions. Its lovely medium pink color is complimented by wonderful brilliance and excellent tone. Weighing a substantial 7.5 grams the platinum mounting offers a traditional and timeless setting with both round brilliant and baguette channel set diamonds. The diamonds are 0.30 carats total weight, eye-clean, bright, white, brilliant and rated SI1 H. The ring is a size 9 (re-sizing upon request).
