This original ring design elegantly presents an outstanding richly colored cornflower blue sapphire. The sapphire sports a roval cut (mix between round and oval), weighs 1.44 carats, measures 6.3 X 5.66 mm, has eye-clean clarity and unbelievable perfectly saturated cornflower color that is evenly saturated throughout the stone with what is best described as dreamy ideal luster and tone. Nestled amidst fine quality yellow and white diamonds the sapphire is prong set in a hand-made setting weighing over 7 grams of 18K white and yellow gold. Pave set into 18K yellow gold are 88 round brilliant cut yellow diamonds which are complimented and dramatically contrasted by the 55 round brilliant white diamonds. The diamonds are VS2 clarity and the white diamonds are G in color.
