Men's Designer Untreated Certified Violet Blue Star Sapphire Diamond Ring 14KWG 9.31 ctw Dramatically presented in a custom hand-made bezel setting is this spectacular Ceylon violet blue star sapphire. Predominantly violet color with moderate color shift from violet to blue under varied lighting conditions the sapphire displays a strong six ray star and is nearly transparent (rarely do nearly transparent sapphires show a star, so this stone is a superb specimen).

Its color is even and well-saturated throughout. The stone is GIA certified as natural and unheated. The large stone weighs 8.68 carats and measures 11.6 X 8.7 X 7.7 mm. Twelve ideal faceted round brilliant diamonds are gypsy set into the ring's shoulders and gallery. Fine gold work details each diamond with a slightly raised circle that joins a beautiful scroll pattern. The diamonds are 0.63 carats total weight and SI1 clarity and G color (standard GIA diamond grading scale).
