Portuguese Cut Tanzanite Diamond Halo Ring 14KWG 2.46 ctw
Upon occasion I find one of the "D Block" (mine known for the world's finest tanzanite) tanzanites that not only has the renowned deep blue color but also has a neon glow. Each of these wonderful stones have had some silk and I believe it is the reflection of the silk particles that create the glow. The silk can also be detected by the camera but not the naked eye so in some photos the tanzanite may appear to have some haze. The naked eye only sees a stone with excellent crystal clean clarity.
Prong set amidst a halo of bright white diamond brilliance is a 1.50 ct round Portuguese faceted tanzanite. The tanzanite display a very strong primary deep blue color (the color is a deeper more tanzanite like blue than noted in the photos) with secondary purple hue. The diamonds are a substantial 0.96 carats total weight and form the ring's halo and line the ring's shoulders. These round brilliant cut diamonds have an eye-clean clarity grade of SI1 and astounding top color grade of F.
The ring is made with 3.3 grams of 14K white gold and is a size 61/2. Please request resizing on your order form. This magnificent piece is offered by Jill Underhill of Color Symphony (http://www.colorsymphony.com) and will be shipped directly from their location in New Hampshire.
