Description
One of my favorite cuts in sapphire in the radiant emerald cut (or octagon) cutting style. I think in lighter colored stones especially it really brings more light in to give the stone brilliance where otherwise it might not have it (with a simple emerald cut). This sapphire has a baby blue color and the just looks so masterful and elegant with this cut. The sapphire itself is eye clean and brilliant. The sapphire was mined and faceted at a small river mining site in Sri Lanka.
